Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your mind and into your body. It lets you release unneeded energy, stress, traumas. Over time, unresolved trauma or chronic stress causes dis-regulation. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional self so your authentic self can emerge.
Somatic Release Breathwork, employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce cathartic emotional release.

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. Changes within 24 hours may incur a $25 rebooking fee.
